The real case in Canada: they forgot to close the store, and he continued to work without cashiers

Imagine: you come to the grocery store, pick up a basket of food, but when you reach the cash desks, you understand that there are no cashiers or other employees - the store works on its own. Surely many would be tempted to take food and just leave. And if it was happening in some other country, then by the end of the day there would be little left on the shelves. But the incident occurred in Canada, so the story had the most amazing and happy ending.

A similar situation was indeed observed in one of the Canadian stores on Family Day. The fact is that in the evening the employees, leaving home, forgot to close it, and since the next day was a holiday, the outlet did not work and no one came to work.

What kind of surprise was waiting for customers when, when they went to the store for shopping, they suddenly found out that there was absolutely no one to accept payment for them. However, the Canadians mentality did not allow them to seize the opportunity and take something without money, so most simply left without taking anything. One of the buyers discouraged by the incident admitted that when he left the store, he noticed a man with a package of vegetables in the parking lot. He already wanted to call the police, but decided to go up first and find out how he paid for the groceries. The man replied that he simply left the required amount at the checkout.

Nevertheless, the police still called, but it was already closer to the evening. What a surprise the manager was when he found out that his store had been working all day without employees. However, an even bigger surprise was the fact that nothing was destroyed or stolen. Isn't it amazing!
