Dreams come true: swimming with whales

On the 4th day in the Kingdom of Tonga, when we were almost completely demoralized by migratory, housing and weather conditions and almost prepared to be disappointed with a trip for whales, which we had been preparing for a whole year, and some of us only dreamed about this for several years, we have everything happened!

The sun came out from behind the clouds, the excitement calmed down, and the whales rested serenely in the ocean playing with a whale.

More precisely, he played mainly a kitten. His mother only occasionally tried to pull him away so that the curious kid wouldn’t get too close to dangerous people ... I mean.

And once I started right, because behind me a huge male whale crept up and surfaced, who also decided to "look after" the baby and slammed the four-meter "palm" on the water (Pectoral fin, lateral fin 3-4.5 meters in size)

So we swam with them, dodging tails, diving and somersaulting in the ocean, happy as children.

We had enough time, and I even managed to shoot it from the air, on the Mavik 2 (zoom) freshly bought in Hong Kong.
