Underwater walks with marine biologists at Baros Maldives

The resort island of Baros Maldives has long attracted divers and snorkelers from around the world. In the coastal waters of the lagoon surrounding Baros Maldives, there are about three dozen diving sites. The island resort has a team of biologists who study and protect the nature of the Maldives archipelago. Among other things, Baros Maldives biologists are developing exciting underwater programs for hotel guests.

Marine biologists go on an underwater trip with teams of divers - guests of the Baros Maldives. These people are well oriented in the underwater environment, as they have well studied the inhabitants of the Baros Maldives home coral reef, and are ready to show places near the island where you can see whale sharks, stingrays, large ocean turtles and colorful schools of fish.

All interested guests at the Baros Maldives diving center are given out GoPro cameras, equipped for underwater filming, which marine biologists will teach how to use. They will help hotel guests choose the most suitable angles for underwater shooting.
