Scottish police hour tried to neutralize the tiger, not realizing that this is a toy

When a Scot named Bruce Grabb called the local police, reporting the tiger in his barn, officers immediately came to his aid. After all, there were two hundred cows in danger! Several vehicles and a group of armed police officers were sent to a farm in Hatton.

"I was scared for my life"- says 24-year-old Grabb. On this day, the guy celebrated a housewarming party in the cottage that he had just moved to. He left his guests to check the health of the cows that were about to give birth. "I was ready because the cows could give birth at any time, so I didn’t drink. I flashed a flashlight in the barn and saw him sitting there.".

Soon, the scene was surrounded by armed officers from the northeast police department. Before starting the operation, they even contacted the local zoo to find out if a tiger had escaped from them. After a 45-minute confrontation, during which the tiger did not even budge, the police suspected something was amiss and approached the predator. Just imagine their emotions when they realized that in front of them is a big plush toy!

Inspector George Cordiner said that the use of firearms is “standard practice” when there is a potential threat to the public. "Our ultimate goal is to protect the public and ensure the safety of officers when we are faced with the uncertainty of the situation. Until you know exactly what you are dealing with, you need to consider each option."
