Stunning landscapes of Germany and Europe, where the fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm could "come to life"

"Fairytale Germany" is a book consisting of beautiful photographs of the magnificent landscapes of German open spaces (and not only), created by Kilian Schonberger.

The tales of the Grimm brothers left such a lasting impression on the photographer that he went to explore his native country, and then other territories of Central Europe. The journey, which was aimed at finding places where stories about Hans, Hansel and Gretel could come to life, lasted a whole year. The result was this magnificent landscape series.
